Dhana–Dharma Yatra

॥ Hari Sarvottama ॥ ॥ Vāyu Jīvottama ॥

Wealth enters every home in a different measure. In one home, it arrives abundantly; in another, only after great effort. Yet the deeper question is not merely, “How much wealth have we earned?” It is, “What purpose has this wealth fulfilled?”

Our śāstras do not condemn prosperity, nor do they ask us to abandon our worldly responsibilities. They teach us to receive with gratitude, preserve with wisdom, enjoy with restraint and share in accordance with Dharma.

Through this Dhana–Dharma Yātrā, let us travel together—not to glorify wealth, but to understand how wealth can become worship, how giving can become gratitude and how even a small act of seva can reach the lotus feet of Śrī Hari.

Drawing wisdom from the Vedas, Upaniṣads, Bhagavad Gītā, Purāṇas, Itihāsas and the teachings of the Madhwa tradition, this series will explore the sacred relationship between Dhana, Dharma, Dāna and Seva.

Dhana becomes sacred when it begins to travel in the direction of Dharma.
