1. Services We Offer

All services provided by our trust are non-physical in nature:

• Astrology Consultations — conducted via phone, WhatsApp call, video call, or in-person at our centre.
• Horoscope & Analysis Reports — delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp as a PDF document.
• Astrology Education & Training Programs — conducted online or in-person.
• Jnana Mandira Content — articles and educational material accessible directly on our website.
• Seva Activities — community service conducted at our location or partner venues.
• Donations — financial contributions to trust activities; no product or service is delivered in return.

2. Digital Delivery of Reports

Where a written report or document is part of the service (such as a horoscope analysis), it will be delivered digitally:

• Reports are sent via email or WhatsApp to the contact details provided at the time of booking.
• Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after the consultation session, depending on the type of report.
• Please ensure your email address and WhatsApp number are accurate at the time of booking.
• If you have not received your report within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will resend it promptly.

3. Donation Receipts & 80G Certificates

Acknowledgement receipts for donations and 80G tax exemption certificates (where applicable) will be issued digitally via email within 7 to 10 working days upon request.

4. No Shipping Charges

Since we do not ship any physical products, there are no shipping or delivery charges applicable to any of our services or donations.
