Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Bhaktha Anjaneya Astrology Research and Seva Trust — including consultation fees, education program fees, and donations — are completely non-refundable.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refund will be issued under any circumstance once payment is completed.
• No cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in a refund.
• Dissatisfaction with the astrological reading or service does not qualify for a refund, as our services are spiritual and consultative in nature.
• Incorrect birth details or contact information provided by the client does not entitle a refund.
• Change of mind or personal reasons do not qualify for a refund.

2. Donations — Non-Refundable

All donations made to the trust are voluntary contributions towards our seva and spiritual activities. Donations are non-refundable once processed, as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing trust activities.

If a donation was made as a result of a technical error (such as a duplicate transaction), please contact us within 48 hours with proof of the transaction. Duplicate payment cases will be reviewed on a goodwill basis at the sole discretion of the trust.

3. Cancellation of Consultations

While payments are non-refundable, we understand that emergencies arise. In such cases:

• You may request a rescheduling of your consultation (one time only) by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and is offered at the sole discretion of the trust.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the consultation fee entirely with no rescheduling option.

4. Cancellation by the Trust

In rare and unavoidable circumstances (such as illness or emergency), if we need to cancel a confirmed consultation, we will:

• Inform you as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.
• Offer a rescheduled appointment at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.

This is the only scenario where a rescheduling is guaranteed. Even in this case, a monetary refund will not be issued — only rescheduling will be offered.

5. No Physical Products

Bhaktha Anjaneya Astrology Research and Seva Trust does not sell or ship any physical products. All services are digital or in-person. Therefore, no return or exchange policy is applicable.
